Roadstar team has 10+ graphic designers, providing customized sportswear solutions for more than 1000+ sports clubs. The unified image, high-quality clothing products, which improve the club's sense of honor andcohesion, and provide support for athletes to achieve excellent results in competitions.

ROADSTAR LASER CUTTING

ROADSTAR use latest laser cutting machine to cutting the panels save the time and cost , to make sure the orders can be finished within 2weeks production time .

ROADSTAR QUALITY CONTROL

Roadstar check and recheck farbic ,every color, panels, workmanship and detail of custom order to ensure the products production correct. If at any point we find the smallest imperfection the garment will be refused and sent back to production to be repaired or replaced.

1. It starts from the printing color swatch after the custom design artwork approved , then proceed with the bulk production layout before sublimation printing .

2. The QC recheck the panels after sublimation to make sure the come out colors and logos and patterns all are correct .

3. Check the fabric , stitching , workmanship during the sewing .

4. Check the finished garment on the all out review before packing .
