Here are answers to some of our most popular questions.

What’s the Roadstar order process?

A:From your initial enquiry, our team will provide you with prices and examples, and arrange for samples to be delivered if required. Once everything is agreed and payment has been paid, the orders will go to our artwork team to be created. Once you’re confirmed with it, the items are sent to our production department. They are delivery to you after the production finished.

What about the sample leadtime time?

The custom sample leadtime about 5-7days after shipping cost paid.

What about the bulk production leadtime time?

The normal bulk production leadtime about 10-15days after paid.The larger quantity orders production time is advised in advance when place the order.

Do I need to have my own design?

Not necessarily. The majority of our customers are armed with an array of ideas, colours and a logo, our in-house creative department are specialists in taking your ideas and turning them in to real. You may have a design already that just needs looking over; whatever stage you’re at, we can help.

In what format should I send my logos?

The logos are okay to provided EPS/AI/CDR/PNG/JPG. Our designer can create the design with high resolution logos.

What color code do I need to provide to get the best color I need ?

The Pantone Matching System is the industry standard colour matching system. Most clubs, schools and institutions will have a PMS colour in their brand guidelines. We use the SOLID COATED version of these PMS colors.
